"Bardzunk" Educational Movement was founded in November 2020 by individuals who participated in the Artsakh War and are actively engaged in public activities. 

Our goals are:

• To formulate the vision, mission, and objectives of the Armenian Land through collective intellectual effort, which will be understandable and acceptable to broad layers of the Armenian people.
• To educate a breakthrough number of people who will serve the Armenian Land's vision - spiritually, physically, and educationally prepared to live and work toward the defined goals.

In 2022, we outlined the ideological-content map of the Armenian Land as a comprehensive roadmap for the Dream Homeland of all Armenians.

Our created map consists of 36 ideological pillars. Each pillar is subject to in-depth study, problem identification, and development of practical solutions.

This living document will become a guideline for every Armenian wishing to participate in strengthening our country, answering the question: "Where are we going and what country do we want to build?"

Active work around these ideas began in 2024. Until now, we have worked in 6 main directions:

The "Depi bardzunk" personal growth and community development club was created for students in grades VII-XII. It aimed at their continuous personal growth, promotion of ecological thinking, and forming a responsible civic position.

The program has four main directions:

• Personal growth
• School-community-state
• Human-nature connection
• Professional orientation 

Our goal is to create clubs in 200 schools over the next 10 years, involving at least 20% of students.  

"Arahet" (Trail) is the path to the rebirth of the Armenian essence. 

Our hiking championship gives participants the opportunity to:

• Discover Armenia's mountainous power
• Develop teamwork skills
• Overcome challenges and strengthen willpower

In 2 years, we have already involved 30 teams and 180 participants, traversing the mountain trails of Vayots Dzor, Tavush, and Gegharkunik. 

Are you ready for new heights? On June 21-22, 2025, we invite you to the mountains of Lori for the first time in a two-day format: amateur (11km) and professional (28km) routes, tent camping, and gatherings around the campfire. 

Education is the fundamental solution to our national and individual problems. Education serving the establishment of the homeland.

 "Bardzunk" operates in three strategic directions:

1. Formation of the Armenian vision

We clarify what kind of homeland we are building. Our ideological map becomes a guideline for every Armenian ready for action.

2. Education of a breakthrough generation

We prepare young people who are spiritually, physically, and mentally ready to create a powerful Armenia. Our educational programs and campaigns contribute to the formation of homeland-owning individuals.

3. Creation of sectoral associations

We bring together specialists, organizations, and concerned citizens to develop systemic solutions.

FUTURE PLANS

"Bardzunk" consistently develops its main directions, expanding their impact:

Completion of the Armenian Land's ideological map

In the next 3 years, we aim to complete comprehensive formulations of ideological-content pillars, problem mapping, and development of practical solutions.

Expansion of the "Depi bardzunk" educational program

As of December 2024, the program operates in 17 schools. We aim to reach 200 schools, involving at least 20% of students in each.

Expansion and development of the "Arahet" hiking championship

From 2025, we are transitioning to a two-day format, including amateur and professional categories. We aim to make "Arahet" a pan-Armenian championship. 

"Bardzunk" operates on the principle of meritocracy: the more responsibility a member takes, the more authority they receive. Our 180 members are involved in various formats in the organization's projects and programs.

Leadership Council - The organization is governed by a Leadership Council elected every 3 years. The current composition was formed in March 2024.  

"Bardzunk" has 180 active members, and anyone can join us. As an educational movement, we influence almost all layers of society, but we mainly work with those aged 5 to 25, who 20 years from now will be the driving force and main decision-makers of Armenia.
